Called in for delivery and we had a hard time understanding each other due to the connection?? Showed up 10 mins later and they were working on the order. Another 10 mins presented my Chicken Broccoli Penne which my son loved but the second half of the order, Greek Pizza was misinterpreted as Greek Salad. They apologized and quickly threw together a Greek Pizza which was ok. Not as crispy as I like in a thinner crust but I'm sure they were pushing it to avoid my having to wait any longer. They didn't charge the difference and told me to keep the salad. Points for that. Not mind blowing food but the save on the mixed up order was very courteous.

My kids and I enjoy our little hole in the wall Italian restorante. My son loves their pizza and I love their broccoli and penne. Also, love their garlic rolls! Excellent lunch deals. You will not leave hungry! Service is usually wonderful. There was one night we had a service issue (the server lost our order or forgot us) but the manager went above and beyond to make the situation right!

Usually don't write reviews but two out of the last three times my 20 minute pickup time was actually over 50 minutes. I watched them put the pies in after walking in to the restaurant after the 20 minutes i was told. This last time it was even worse.... Two pies were ordered (one topping on each...nothing difficult) and they screwed up one of them after making me wait that long?!?! I mean come on, their pizza is average for south Florida, its just convenient to my parents house. I am going to have to look to other establishments that value their customers time and taste buds..... Can't fool me three times....

Super disappointed in how I was treated tonight. I called in 2 pies and a salad from my work phone at 5:40 and was told 45-60 min. At 6:44 my home guard gate called my house and yet by 7:20 and two calls later from my home phone, 1st assuring me the driver would be right there, and then the 2nd time they said he had 2 other deliveries in my complex...still no pizza. So the third time I called I asked to speak to a mgr, explained nicely and calmly what happened and he basically got all fired up blaming me because the driver couldn't find my house and the only had my work # and tried to call me there. Anyone see anything wrong with this picture. Duh, go back to the guard for directions maybe? Once a loyal customer will now frequent someplace else.

Do not ever order delivery from here unless you order at lunch for a dinner delivery. I wish this was the first time, but 2:15 for a pizza.... C'mon man. And now that I have the pizza, it's cold. Order dominos. Pizza Hut or Poppa Johns. May not be the best but it's hot and timely.

Just ordered 2 large pizza's from the lake work location when I went to pick it up I asked for extra cheese and they gave me a 2oz cup not even half way full for 2 large pizza's.. It was enough for one slice don't know how they expect a family to share this stingy side of cheese. Think they could of gave a little more considering that I paid for 2 large pizzas.. I'm in the restaurant business and I know how much profit is in pizza they shouldnt be stingy when someone asks for a side of cheese.. Defiantly will rethink where I order pizza next time considering there's a pizza place on every corner.. Pizza wasn't bad but they are really stingy

The definition of mediocre. Delivery is unusually slow, I've used it twice once they delivered cold food actually. Server acts like they are better than you, even though you are one of two tables. Have eaten there multiple times and rarely do they bring out free garlic bread for you unless you're a family. Always have to ask and once was charged for it. I haven't gone back since.

Terrible. I honestly have no idea why I keep putting my self through this. Ordered pizza and a side of meatballs one was supposed to have extra cheese and no more cheese than a regular pizza in the crust was Burnt. Why they would even allow this to go out is beyond me so my food arrives and no meatballs but I notice an extra charge dollars $2.50 Plus a delivery charge even though they state fast free delivery $15 minimum. Biggest problem is it's the only place that delivers to my house if there was zero stars that is what I would rate this place they should be ashamed of the way business is ran and I know not all Sals like this. I've been to others that have great experiences and a quality product.

Awful!! Tried this place tonight on a whim. Friday at 7:00PM. First red flag was that it wasn't very crowded. Probably 1/3 the tables were empty. Were seated right away. The host got our water for us. Was probably 5-10 minutes before the server got to our table. The whole time she acted like she was too busy to take care of us. She got our soup and salad to us fairly quick. Our entrees took FOREVER. Then we had to ask for the garlic bread that was supposed to come with the meal. Another 10 minutes for that to show up. Our meals were simple too. My partner got the angel hair pasta with meat sauce. He could barely eat any of it. Said it was greasy and had a burnt taste like it was scraped from the bottom of the pot. I got spaghetti with meatballs. Average but nothing special. Will not return to this place, ever.

Had a wonderful meal here with my family on Father's Day. Great Italian food, and the desserts were amazing. My baked ziti was wonderful. Service was mighty fine too. We'll be back often!

I liked this location. It's a little small, but their pizza is solid. Not as good as Anthony's, (my personal favorite), but good. The garlic rolls were among some of the best I have ever had. They weren't too oily like other places, and they had just the right amount of garlic and cheese. Their side salad was a step above the average salad, a mix of different types of lettuce and very fresh. I also tried their chicken parm, which was a little overcooked for my liking, but it came with a huge bowl of perfectly cooked spaghetti. My husband ordered the stromboli, which he thought was average. One thing I loved was the size of the child's menu pizza. It was huge! My son can eat pizza but he could barely put a dent in this one. Both times we have visited this Sal's, the service has been on point. The servers were extremely friendly and prompt and they really made the experience great. If you are budget-conscious, they have a large cheese pizza for $7.99 on Mondays and Tuesdays, (pick up only, though). They also have a lot of coupons available through the mail if you live in the area. They also offer some early bird dinners if you stop by between 3-6pm.

The lunch was super. The bbq chicken pizza is perfect and it is a huge portion for a small size. Leftovers are always welcome.

The Pizza is the best around by far perfect crust. Bread bowls are so good and the kid loves the garlic rolls go a few times a month dine in and take out. The servers bust ass tipped or server and this short Spanish girl just killing it, Ps. They short ya now and again on the delivery so check your order.

I've been here two times and had carry out a few times. I have had great experiences here. Its a chain restaurant with chain food but its good. You will enjoy your dinner.
